About the Role
Future Direction Properties is expanding and seeks motivated Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agents in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include generating leads, assisting clients in buying/selling/leasing, conducting viewings, and closing transactions.

- Generate and follow up on sales and rental leads

- Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions
- Keep up to date with the Abu Dhabi real estate market and current property listings
Requirements
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi real estate is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and professional
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and property portals is a plus
