Role Overview
Gravity Events is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Real Estate Agent for a client that is a leading UAE developer.
The role supports Mandarin-speaking clients throughout their real estate journey in Dubai.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for property sales and rentals.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market and available properties.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates who can generate leads and close deals are sought.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
- Salary is described as based on experience with an attractive commission structure.
