Responsibilities
- Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property under suitable terms.
- Assess client needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate transactions and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Market properties, maintain listings, and promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Prepare contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, and related paperwork.
- Manage property auctions or exchanges.
- Coordinate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and contractors.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
- Proven track record of successful sales.
