Overview

  • Progress Garant is preparing to launch its new real estate division in Dubai. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail oriented Real Estate Administrator to support the setup and daily operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the real estate team.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain property documents, agreements, forms, and client records.
  • Assist with property listings across company platforms and real estate portals.
  • Ensure property information, prices, availability, images, and descriptions are accurate and regularly updated.
  • Coordinate appointments, property viewings, meetings, and follow ups.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and general client correspondence.
  • Maintain the CRM system and ensure leads, clients, properties, and transactions are properly recorded.
  • Support agents with tenancy contracts, sales documentation, listing forms, and transaction files.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, developers, and external service providers.
  • Track document expiry dates, listing permits, contracts, identification documents, and other compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal administrative documents.
  • Assist with office setup, filing systems, operational procedures, and administrative workflows for the new division.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate administration, property management, brokerage support, or a similar role in the UAE.
  • Good understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and transaction processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, property portals, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and document management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
  • Professional, responsible, and detail oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and support a growing team.
  • Knowledge of Arabic or another language is an advantage.
