- Manage and maintain client records and real estate databases
- Prepare, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and transaction documents
- Coordinate with clients, agents, developers, and legal teams to facilitate property transactions
- Work closely with the sales team to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate commission records and calculations
- Prepare invoices, monitor billing, and ensure accurate financial documentation
- Conduct payment follow ups and track outstanding receivables
- Monitor transaction progress to ensure timely completion of all processes
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, commissions, and client interactions
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate administration is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate procedures and documentation
- Well versed with government portals including DLD, Trakheesi, RERA, Dubai REST
- Experience in invoice preparation, payment tracking, and commission management
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
