Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and company CRM
- Registration with new developers
- Ensure listings comply with RERA and Trakheesi regulations
- Prepare and maintain Form A, Form B, Form F, tenancy contracts, and related property documents
- Process employment visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and medicals
- Handle company immigration and MOHRE related matters
- Renew trade licenses, establishment cards, immigration files, and permits
- Coordinate with banks, municipalities, DLD, RTA, DEWA, and other authorities

Job Duties
- Manage and update property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and company CRM
- Registration with new Developers
- Upload property photos, videos, floor plans, and descriptions
- Ensure listings comply with RERA and Trakheesi regulations
- Prepare and maintain Form A, Form B, Form F, tenancy contracts, and related property documents
- Organize client files, contracts, title deeds, and transaction records
- Track transaction deadlines and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate property viewings and appointments
- Support agents with documentation and client follow ups
- Maintain databases of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Assist with Ejari registration and lease renewals
Company PRO (Public Relations Officer) Government Relations
- Process employment visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and medicals
- Handle company immigration and MOHRE related matters
- Liaise with government departments, free zones, and authorities
- Renew trade licenses, establishment cards, immigration files, and permits
- Maintain company legal records and official documents
- Monitor renewal dates and ensure timely compliance
- Process new employee onboarding documentation
- Handle visa cancellations and status changes
- Assist staff with government related requirements
Corporate Services
- Coordinate with banks, municipalities, DLD, RTA, DEWA, and other authorities
- Arrange document attestation, notarization, and legal translations
- Manage company vehicle registrations and permits if required
