The Real Estate Administrator supports day-to-day property and lettings operations in the United Arab Emirates.
The role is full-time and on-site.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage property listings, maintain accurate records, and prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation.
- Coordinate viewings and handle inquiries from prospective and current tenants.
- Provide administrative support to lettings and property management teams.
- Update internal systems and online platforms and track payments and renewals.
- Support compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with agents, landlords, and tenants to provide efficient client-focused service.
Qualifications
- Fluent English is required.
- Three years of real estate administration experience is required.
- Strong communication, customer-service, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
- Property management, lettings, and administrative assistance skills are required.
- Office software and property listing platform proficiency is beneficial.
- Prior related experience and knowledge of UAE real estate procedures and regulations are advantageous.
- Candidates should work collaboratively and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
