Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare real estate contracts A–F
• Generate Trakheesi QR Codes
• Prepare joining letters and documentation for new employees
• Manage and update property listings across major property portals
• Cold call landlords to acquire new property listings
• Coordinate property documentation and administrative requirements
• Maintain accurate property and client records
• Support agents with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Ensure property listings and documents comply with relevant DLD/RERA and Trakheesi requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, property portals, landlords, and agents
• Handle general office and real estate administrative duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in UAE real estate administration is preferred
• Good knowledge of DLD, RERA, and Trakheesi procedures
• Familiarity with preparing Form A, B, C, F, and other standard real estate documentation
• Experience with Trakheesi registration and QR code generation
• Experience managing listings on UAE property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
• Good understanding of UAE real estate listing procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
