Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage, update, create, edit, and monitor property listings and advertisements on Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Manage CRM records for properties and leads and maintain accurate listing information.
• Apply for and manage Trakheesi permits for property advertisements.
• Coordinate with agents to gather property details, media, and required documents.
• Check listings for compliance and update expired, inactive, or duplicate listings.
• Maintain activity records, prepare daily and weekly reports, and support the sales team.
• Maintain property and company records and coordinate listing approvals with management and agents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate administration.
• Good knowledge of Bayut, Dubizzle, CRM, and Trakheesi.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of DLD/RERA procedures is an advantage.
• Candidates available in Dubai with UAE real estate experience are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000–AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person.
