About the Role
Realco Capital Real Estate seeks a detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder, maintain CRM systems, and support agents.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings across major portals including Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder
- Maintain and update CRM systems (Pixxie CRM or similar platforms)
- Ensure all property listings are accurate, well presented, and consistently updated
- Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photos, and required documentation
- Monitor listing performance and assist in optimizing exposure and lead generation
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and document management
- Support marketing team with uploading and scheduling property ads and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company standards and real estate regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
- Experience using CRM systems (Pixxie CRM or similar)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
