Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, developers, and property owners
- Prepare and maintain property listings, contracts, tenancy documents, and other real estate paperwork
- Assist with property onboarding and ensure all listing information is accurate and up to date
- Handle lead management and document filing
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle for listing uploads and updates
- Support the processing of Form A, Form B, Form F, tenancy contracts, and other RERA related documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of properties and client files
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally
- Assist the sales and leasing teams with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a UAE real estate administrative role (preferred)
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and documentation
- Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, or CRM systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
