About the company
The company is an international brokerage specializing in high-end residential and investment properties.
The brokerage works with exclusive listings and global investors across dynamic markets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an efficient administrative workflow.
- Manage documentation and coordinate with the Dubai Land Department.
- Handle Trakheesi applications and ensure timely permit issuance.
- Manage Property Finder listings and updates.
- Coordinate with developers and authorities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on bookings, registrations, documentation, commissions, and related processes.
- Assist agents with sales and rental transactions by preparing contracts and addendums.
- Follow up on transactions, maintain records, and organize filing systems.
- Monitor office activities and prepare reports for management.
- Provide administrative support to management and the sales team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Administrator in the UAE is required.
- Experience with the Abu Dhabi real estate market and developers is highly preferred.
- Experience with Dubai and Abu Dhabi transactions is advantageous.
- Familiarity with DLD, Trakheesi, and Property Finder processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of property bookings, registrations, developer documentation, commissions, and transaction coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- English proficiency, MS Office proficiency, and confidence with online property platforms are required.
