Role Overview
Assign and coordinate daily work and tasks for real estate agents and related staff.
Manage and distribute leads to agents and monitor proper follow-up.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on agent activities, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales.
Track agent performance, targets, attendance, and productivity.
Maintain and update the CRM, lead database, client records, and property information.
Monitor the status of leads and ensure agents follow up with clients on time.
Coordinate property viewings, client meetings, appointments, and internal meetings.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams regarding leads, campaigns, and property listings.
Monitor ongoing deals and follow up with agents regarding required documents and pending activities.
Provide regular performance and activity updates to management.
Support agents with administrative requirements, reports, client information, and property details.
Ensure all records and reports are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
