About the Role

- Maintain and manage accounting records for real estate properties and projects
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and ensure accurate billing records
- Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and payroll reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and customer accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare VAT returns and Corporate Tax filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit processes
- Maintain accurate records of property acquisitions, disposals, and related costs
- Generate management reports and provide financial analysis to support business decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, Corporate Tax, and VAT regulations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in payroll processing and invoice management
- Hindi language proficiency is required; English communication skills are essential
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
