This is a full-time on-site role located in Versailles, OH for a Ready Mix Operator / CDL Driver.

The Ready Mix Operator / CDL Driver will be responsible for operating and driving a truck equipped with a concrete mixer to deliver ready-mix concrete to customer sites.

The driver will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the concrete and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the truck.

• Daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Safe delivery of ready-mix concrete from plant to job site in our modern fleet of Concrete Mixers
• Employee is required to go up access ladder to wash hopper and fins after loading and unloading
• Employee is required to be able to put on concrete chutes for unloading the concrete (approximately 40-50 lbs) 4 per truck
• Truck cleanliness is the responsibility of the driver and is a daily requirement
• Non-delivery tasks when time is available will include general cleaning, basic truck maintenance, use of small power tools, manual labor, and other essential tasks
• Occasionally operate other pieces of heavy equipment as needed
• Establish and maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers, clients, management, and co-workers
