React Technical Lead

React Developer Location : India Hybrid/Remote About the Role TechnoMile is seeking a talented React Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain engaging, high-performance web applications that elevate our digital experience.

Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers, you will help shape innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and support our mission of technological excellence.

What You’ll Do UI/UX Development: Develop robust, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js.

Convert design mockups and wireframes into efficient, reusable components.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Work in tandem with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to implement new features andoptimizeuser interfaces.

Activelyparticipatein agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Performance Optimization: Optimizeapplications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to best practices.

Code Quality & Innovation: Maintain high code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to industry standards.

Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the React ecosystem to continually innovate and improve ourproducts.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiencyin React.js and experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

integrating RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous data flows.

Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM).

Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
