Role Description
Bin Yaala Exchange is seeking a React Native Developer for its customer-facing fintech mobile application.
The role covers mobile feature development, integration, production deployment, and app store release.
The developer will work with product, design, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
- Manage mobile releases, including builds, versioning, signing, and submissions to the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Maintain and improve mobile CI/CD pipelines using EAS Build, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams across iOS and Android.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues, crashes, and platform-specific problems.
- Improve application architecture, code quality, maintainability, and developer experience.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on React Native experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience maintaining clean, well-typed codebases.
- Hands-on experience with Expo and EAS.
- Experience with Zustand and TanStack Query or React Query for client and server state.
- Hands-on mobile CI/CD experience.
- Experience personally publishing applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Understanding of app signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, store requirements, and review processes.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native development experience with Swift and/or Kotlin for writing or debugging native modules.
- Experience building or using AI agents or agent skills to automate development workflows.
- Experience with mobile performance profiling, analytics, and crash-reporting tools.
- Experience in fintech, payments, remittance, or other high-reliability mobile applications.
