Job Overview
Intermediate application development position responsible for participating in new or revised application systems and programs with the Technology team.
The role contributes to application systems analysis and programming activities and operates with limited direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, model development, and implementation activities.
- Monitor application development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and user support.
- Analyze complex problems, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop security measures, define operating standards, coach lower-level analysts, and act as a subject matter expert.
- Assess technology and control risks while following applicable laws, policies, ethical standards, and escalation procedures.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive frontend or full-stack application development or systems analysis experience focused on modern UI technologies, especially React.js.
- Experience leading, architecting, and delivering complex frontend projects from conceptualization through production deployment.
- Experience with technical leadership, mentoring, and comprehensive frontend code reviews.
