Frontend Development
- Design and develop responsive React.js web applications.
- Build reusable and modular UI components.
- Implement state management with Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and optimize performance.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers.
Backend Development
- Develop scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks.
- Design and optimize database models.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Develop automation scripts and backend services.
- Write unit and integration tests.
Cloud and Data Integration
- Develop applications on Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Work with cloud storage, messaging services, and APIs.
- Build ETL and data processing solutions using PySpark and Databricks as preferred technologies.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
DevOps and Quality
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Deploy applications using Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Manage source code using Git.
- Monitor deployments and troubleshoot production issues.
- Follow coding standards, perform code reviews, and use SonarQube for code quality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- React.js, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap or Material UI, React Router, and Redux or Context API.
- Python, FastAPI, Flask or Django, and REST API development.
- SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Microsoft Azure, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
- Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Octopus Deploy, unit testing, logging, and monitoring.
Preferred Skills and Domains
- Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and Delta Lake.
- Docker.
- Energy Trading or E/CTRM, commodities trading, financial services, or risk management.
- Kubernetes, Terraform, GraphQL, Kafka or event-driven architecture, and microservices architecture.
