About the Role
We are seeking a Reach Truck Operator for a warehouse in Kizad, Abu Dhabi. The role involves operating reach trucks to move and stack pallets, loading/unloading goods, and inventory control using RF scanners.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve pallets from high racking locations
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, containers, and trailers efficiently
- Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track, scan, and ensure accurate placement of materials
- Conduct daily pre shift inspections of equipment, report defects, and follow all occupational health and safety regulations
- Assist with general warehouse activities including picking, packing, and racking organization
Requirements
- Valid Forklift/Reach Truck Operator license/certification
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments
- Proficiency in operating stand up reach trucks
- Familiarity with VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) operations is often a plus
- Capable of working in high density environments, including freezers, and able to lift heavy materials
- Own Visa candidate

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Forklift/Reach Truck Operator license/certification (mandatory in many regions, such as UAE).
- Experience: Generally 1–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse environments.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating stand up reach trucks; familiarity with VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) operations is often a plus.
- Physical Ability: Capable of working in high density environments, including freezers, and able to lift heavy materials
- Typical Physical Requirements: Capable of working in fast paced environments; comfortable working at significant heights; ability to work in cold storage if required.
