RCM System Support Analyst I - Remote

• High school graduate or equivalent. Associate’s degree in business administration or related area preferred.
• 2-4 years of healthcare experience required.
• Displays a positive “teamwork” attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of insurance processing, guidelines, laws, and EOBs.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and workers’ compensation rules and guidelines.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to write, read, and speak English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to follow direction and/or company policy as directed by management.
• Proficient multi-tasking capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adhere to policy in the maintenance of confidential information.
