- Manage end to end revenue cycle activities including patient registration oversight, insurance verification, pre authorizations, coding coordination, and charge capture
- Submit claims timely, monitor and follow up on denials, resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure accurate payment posting and account reconciliation
- Collaborate with clinical, front desk, and finance teams to improve reimbursement and optimize workflows
- Generate regular RCM reports and analyze key performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with insurance companies, patients, and clinical staff
- Prior experience in a hospital, multi specialty clinic, or healthcare group setting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong revenue cycle operations skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with insurance companies, patients, and clinical staff.
- Prior experience in a hospital, multi specialty clinic, or healthcare group setting.
