RCM Account Manager

JorieAI is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams.

This role is responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, driving process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, and achieving financial and operational performance objectives across healthcare revenue cycle functions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic account management skills with a strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Hours 8:00-5:00CST- Monday through Friday

• Serve as the primary point of contact alongside Client Success for assigned client accounts, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
