Orbit Brokers, a subsidiary of Atlas Van Lines Canada, is hiring for the Rater/Customs Coordinator role.
Role Overview
The Rater/Customs Coordinator supports customs processing, documentation compliance, data entry, and customer service.
The position is full-time with hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Duties
- Review invoices, manifests, and supporting documents for customs and corporate compliance.
- Enter commercial invoice data into the customs operating system.
- Obtain customs paperwork from clients when required.
- Verify documentation for rating compliance.
- Prepare and submit release packages to the Canada Border Services Agency.
- Provide customer service and accurate information to customers.
- Process entries according to company and Canada Border Services Agency compliance standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of job-related experience is required.
