Your leadership translates business strategy into practical, data driven frameworks that elevate the shopping experience while supporting sustainable commercial growth.
You’ll also:
Provide strategic oversight and guidance across key range and space planning initiatives, ensuring high quality, timely delivery
Drive the use of data and insight to monitor return on space and influence decision making at both operational and strategic levels
Identify and champion opportunities for improved ranging and space utilisation, embedding continuous improvement across the team
Lead effective collaboration across cross functional teams to ensure alignment, clarity and successful project outcomes

About the Role
