RAN Manager

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in RAN engineering, wireless telecommunications, mobile network operations, RF engineering, network optimization, or telecommunications infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of RAN technologies, architectures, and network performance principles.
• Practical experience with LTE and 5G networks; legacy technology knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of RF planning, optimization, coverage, capacity, and interference management.
• Experience managing RAN deployment, integration, commissioning, upgrades, and modernization.
• Knowledge of radio equipment, antennas, base stations, small cells, and related infrastructure.
• Experience analyzing performance counters, alarms, traces, and network statistics.
• Familiarity with drive testing, benchmarking, RF measurement, and optimization tools.
• Understanding of IP, transmission, backhaul, synchronization, power, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Experience managing telecommunications vendors, contractors, and system integrators.
• Strong project-management, budgeting, planning, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience working with international and distributed teams.

Technical and Leadership Capabilities

• Familiarity with network-management, monitoring, analytics, and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of telecommunications standards, regulatory requirements, and spectrum considerations.
• Strong understanding of network security, resilience, redundancy, and business continuity.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects, incidents, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and a continuous-improvement mindset.
