Rail Systems Integration Lead

• Degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Registered as a licensed P.Eng. in Canada.
• INCOSE Certification such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP would be an asset.
• 15+ years of experience in transit, rail, or other safety‐critical engineering environments.
• Demonstrable strength with at least two of the following systems engineering concepts:

Technical Management (Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and Configuration Management)

• In-depth knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, including V‐model lifecycle, interface definition, and integration planning.
• Hands‐on experience with systems integration for complex rail or transit projects.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 15288, EN 50126, RAMS, and system safety certification processes.
• Knowledge of CENELEC standards and Metrolinx Schedule 29 is an asset
• Familiarity with Requirements Management using tools like IBM DOORS
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
