Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physicians’ orders
- Operate radiologic equipment safely and position patients to obtain high quality images
- Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of imaging equipment and rooms
- Collaborate with medical staff to clarify imaging requests and explain procedures to patients
- Monitor for adverse reactions and comply with departmental and regulatory standards
- Adhere to infection control measures and participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging from an accredited institution
- Valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulatory authorities
- Experience working with contemporary imaging equipment (e.g., X ray, CT, or other modalities) and basic PACS/RIS systems
- Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural healthcare team

Role Description

- Relevant diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional registration or licensure as required by local regulatory authorities.
- Experience working with contemporary imaging equipment (e.g., X ray, CT, or other modalities) and basic PACS/RIS systems.
