The Role
You will make and receive radio calls to and from patrolling Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs)
You will converse between the patrollers and the base to relay and action messages
You will react calmly to CEO codes and direct colleagues and external assistance for as required
You will report any equipment defects and radio system abuse and carry out regular radio checks
You will monitor and record CEO movements to ensure their safety and welfare.
Clear and coherent communication skills
Basic grasp of a functioning radio system
Excellent customer service skills
Works well within a team
Calm and controlled manner in demanding situations
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
£33,525.70 | £15.17 per hour
42.5 hours per week | Any 5 from 7
20 days holiday PLUS 8 Bank Holidays
