Radiation Test Engineer

As our Radiation Test Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing and testing candidate electronics for our spacecraft. This position requires hands-on experience validating parts for radiation environments specific to aerospace.

Support the design of fault tolerant electrical systems for operating in a radiation environment

Simulate and model the GTO and GEO radiation environments on PCBA designs

Coordinate and run radiation testing campaigns to upscreen components

Develop fault-tolerant systems & operations into the spacecraft by working closely with the rest of the team

Support other electrical design, bringup, and test activities

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team

Experience developing electrical designs in space or other high-radiation environments

Experience with the Geostationary radiation environment (TID, SEE, DDD)
