We are seeking a skilled Radial Drilling Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain radial drilling machines to drill, ream, tap, and bore holes in metal workpieces according to engineering drawings and production specifications.
The ideal candidate will ensure precision, safety, and quality in all machining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate radial drilling machines for drilling, tapping, reaming, and boring operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate drill bits, tools, speeds, and feeds based on material type and job requirements.
- Secure workpieces using clamps, vises, or fixtures to ensure safe and accurate machining.
- Measure and inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
- Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school or ITI.
- Proven experience operating radial drilling machines
- Salary 2500 - 3000( Based on experience) + OT + Accomodation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
