Role overview
Serve as a Receptionist for Hilton, working on behalf of guests and collaborating with team members.
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service as a Hilton brand ambassador.
Front desk responsibilities
- Provide accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Maximize room occupancy through upselling and promotion of hotel services.
- Complete audit procedures and support Night Audit operations when required.
- Operate front office systems and property management software according to hotel procedures.
- Handle cash, credit card, and foreign currency transactions according to hotel credit policy.
- Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to Front Office management and Reception Supervisors.
- Attend required training and support the development of Night Team members.
- Follow hotel security, fire, health, safety, brand, and operating procedures.
- Support other departments and maintain effective interdepartmental relationships.
