R&D Testing Facility Maintenance, Project Management & Budget control

Job Title: Manager – Facility Maintenance & Monitoring for R&D Test Facilities

Location: Gurgaon/Rohtak

Position Level: Manager (MGR) / CL5 / CL6

Responsible for maintenance, project management, and revenue budget control of automotive R&D testing facilities.

· Manage techno-commercial aspects of facility maintenance.

· Plan and execute Periodic Calibration/preventive/predictive maintenance.

· Handle RFQs, technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, and approvals.

· Ensure uptime and optimal utilization of test facility setups.

· Implement AI/IoT-based predictive systems.

· Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment (e.g., dynamometers, NVH, EV systems, wind tunnels).

· Ensure safety compliance and audit readiness (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

· Interpret schematics, layouts, and P&IDs.

· Ensure regulatory compliance during facility installations & periodic maintenance.

· Strong data analysis and visualization (Excel, PowerPoint).
