- Develop and monitor new products from concept to market launch
- Research suppliers and manufacturers and communicate with them locally and internationally
- Prepare and review technical specifications for products and raw materials
- Analyze prices and costs and prepare comparisons and feasibility studies
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and commercial terms
- Monitor samples and trials, sensory evaluation, and product approval
- Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure project execution according to specified timelines
- Monitor product performance in branches and analyze sales and turnover rates
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest supply and reorder plans
- Monitor product quality and address operational and developmental issues
- Study markets and competitors and suggest development opportunities and new products
- Prepare periodic reports and performance indicators specific to products
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in product development, procurement, supply chains, or the food and consumer goods sector is preferred
