R&D PDM Associate

Post- graduate/ PhD level (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering) with proven 6-10 years of relevant experience:  Proven track record of successful delivery of technical projects in a FMCG company.  Strong formulation expertise and understanding of raw material chemical interactions.  Experience and understanding of methodologies used to support product and new claims development.  Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, including crossfunctional project Teams involving members from Marketing, Supply, Manufacturing as well as R&D.  Strong understanding of the product development process from concept ideation to launch.  Proven Project Management skills  Excellent Organizational and Problem-solving skills.  Strong interpersonal skills to nurture teamwork and foster an environment of achievement.  The ability to think laterally to apply novel solutions and supporting justifications to challenging problems or situations.  Result-oriented and self-motivating.  Excellent networking and communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and to provide feedback to cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams or immediate supervisor.  Timely execution of multiple project objectives within established timelines.  Ability to display a degree of flexibility and adapt effectively to change.  Perform other assignments as delegated by immediate Supervisor.
