Job Description

Ramp technology yield and performance/power metrics to meet/exceed product goals.

Plan and execute smooth delivery of engineering samples for system builds.

Engage with reliability and product teams in product qualification and drive debug of any fallouts from technology/process issues.

Engage with product engineering, power, architecture teams to maximize improvements in product level use case metrics (power, performance).

Additional Job Description

Experience in integrating AI/ ML and Agentic workflows for Foundry Engineering functions in a plus.

Experience working in a foundry and owning delivery of key process (FEOL, MEOL or BEOL).

Experience driving efA/pFA with Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams and foundry teams to resolve the critical yield issues.

Experience with driving cross-functional efforts between various teams to optimize power-performance.

Bachelor’s + 8+ years or Masters degree + 6+ years or PhD + 3+ years of related experience required.
