R&D Engineer (Analytical)

M.Sc. / M. Tech. in Polymer Science or Engineering with relevant experience.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in analytical testing, characterization, and data interpretation of polymeric materials.

Proven ability to correlate and interpret data from multiple analytical techniques for comprehensive material characterization and problem-solving.

Working knowledge of statistical tools such as Minitab (or equivalent software) and Six Sigma methodologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AI-enabled tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.

Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data interpretation skills.

Ability to independently plan and execute analytical testing with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey data interpretation clearly to internal teams.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements and best practices.

This is an on-site role requiring regular presence at the Pune R&D Center, with a six-day work week as applicable.

Requires standing, walking, sitting, and operating laboratory equipment for extended periods.

Work is performed in laboratory and office environments with low to moderate noise levels.
