Boral Construction Materials is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Quarry Supervisor to lead operational teams at our Peppertree Quarry. Operational Excellence: An energy to deliver the incremental improvement of safe, compliant, reliable and optimized assets

Working across multiple shifts on a 24/7 site ensuring production and maintenance aligns with safety and quality standards, budgets, and forecasts.

Regulatory Compliance: Helping the site meets it’s licensing, consent, and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in short and long-term planning and asset optimization.

We're looking for an experienced operational leader with proven skills, drive and a growth mindset.
