Proven experience managing operational budgets, KPIs, and financial performance.
Sound knowledge of quarry operations, mobile plant, maintenance planning, and production processes.
A strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and support sales growth.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
Relevant qualifications in Quarry Management, Mining Engineering, Extractive Industries, or a related discipline (desirable).
