Responsibilities
- Conduct quantity take offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets
- Develop tender documentation and manage the tendering submissions
- Send RFQ (Request for Quotations) as per the BOQ to approved vendors
- Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare tender analysis reports
- Support procurement and contract administration activities
- Monitor project costs against budgets during design development
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Provide value engineering and cost optimization solutions
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre contract QS activities
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or QS software tools
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
