Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and commercial aspects.
The role involves cost estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and ensuring financial control across projects.
Role Description
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
Manage project budgeting and cost control
Verify quantities and site measurements
Prepare and certify interim valuations and final accounts
Handle subcontractor agreements, payments, and variations
Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders
Monitor project cash flow and cost performance
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
Prepare commercial reports and cost analysis
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering And Quantity Surveying
5–10 years experience (UAE preferred)
Strong knowledge of BOQ, contracts, and cost control
Experience in construction/building projects
Knowledge and experience of AutoCAD
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts (preferred)
Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off tools
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
