- Prepare detailed quantity take offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for road and infrastructure projects
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and cash flow to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate contractor claims, prepare interim payment certificates, and manage contract administration activities
- Conduct quantity measurements and verify executed work in compliance with project specifications and contract requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to support cost effective project delivery
