Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for façade, structural, and fit out works
- Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations
- Conduct cost analyses and monitor project budgets and expenditures
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track progress, manage variations, and support contract administration
- Assist in value engineering, risk assessment, and preparing periodic financial reports
Requirements
- Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis for construction projects
- Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities, tender documents, and contract related reports
- Experience with quantity surveying software and tools, and solid MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods, especially façades, structural works, and interior fit out
- Understanding of contract conditions, procurement processes, and commercial terms
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in general contracting, façade, or fit out projects in the region is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Quantity Surveyor role based in Riyadh.
- The Quantity Surveyor will prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation for façade, structural, and fit out works.
- Responsibilities include evaluating contractor and supplier quotations, conducting cost analyses, and monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
- The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track progress, manage variations, and support contract administration.
- The Quantity Surveyor will also assist in value engineering, risk assessment, and preparing periodic financial reports.
Qualifications
