Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and quantity take offs
- Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and contract conditions
- Manage tender processes, including evaluation and reporting recommendations
- Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and financial progress
- Administer contracts in line with consultancy standards and client requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with Saudi and Bahraini regulations, codes, and consultancy
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of Saudi codes and standards
- Proven experience in pre contract and post contract cost management
- Strong background in cost estimation, quantity take off, tender evaluation, and contract administration
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
