Job Description
WSP is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its infrastructure supervision team in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on cost estimation, measurement, and contract administration for highways, roads, bridges, and tunnels.
Experience with consultancies and FIDIC contracts is essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and BOQ measurements based on site progress.
- Support cost control, cash-flow forecasting, and budget tracking during construction.
- Evaluate and certify variations, claims, and contractor change orders.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and update cost reports.
- Maintain accurate project cost and financial records.
- Coordinate with design and supervision teams on cost-effective construction solutions.
- Support value engineering, cost-benefit analysis, tender documents, cost estimates, and procurement evaluations.
- Interpret contract clauses and ensure compliance with FIDIC or similar conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of infrastructure project experience.
