- Prepare initial cost estimates, cost plans, and value engineering inputs
- Develop BOQs, specifications, and pricing schedules for tender issuance
- Perform detailed quantity take offs from drawings and IFC documents
- Prepare analytical rate build ups for materials, labor, and equipment
- Conduct commercial evaluations, comparisons, and recommendations
- Support preparation of contract agreements, special conditions, and commercial schedules
- Identify cost risks and propose value engineering alternatives
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent measurement capability
- Solid experience in pre contract QS functions within the GCC
