- Prepare monthly and final bills of project independently
- Perform final reconciliation of payments of project
- Submit final bills and ensure certification
- Update and readjust monthly Cost to Complete
- Prepare necessary commercial documents for Company Head office management review
- Obtain supporting documents like RFI, drawings for monthly invoice submission and get invoices certified by Consultants & Client
Requirements
- Must be capable of preparing monthly and final bills of project independently
- Experience in final reconciliation of payments of project
- Experience in final bill submission and certification
- Ability to prepare monthly Cost to Complete update and readjusting
- Experience in preparation of necessary commercial documents for Head office management review
