- HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor Manager** to lead the quantity surveying team and manage all cost aspects of major construction projects.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cost estimating, budgeting, contract negotiation, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget and according to contractual agreements.
- **Key Responsibilities*** Lead and manage the quantity surveying team throughout all project phases.
- Prepare, review, and approve cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage contract administration including negotiation, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work completed, and prepare interim and final payment applications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project costs.
- Monitor and report on project financial performance, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying and contract management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong expertise in cost control, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within Saudi Arabia's construction market is a plus.
- Working experience in PMC/PMO, Consultant Companies.
