Estimator and quantity surveying role for interior fit-out projects in Al Quoz, Dubai.
The role manages cost-related aspects of projects while maintaining value, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
The position requires 1-2 years of experience and involves working Monday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
- Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess scope and pricing requirements.
- Manage procurement, including quotations, subcontractor negotiations, and cost comparisons.
- Monitor project costs and highlight budget variances throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and payment applications.
- Assess and certify subcontractor payment applications and variations.
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project financial summaries.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress against financial reports.
- Support contract administration, risk management, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and local regulations.
