Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Perform quantity take offs from drawings and specifications
- Review supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Assist in tender submissions and project costing
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and production teams
- Follow up on customer inquiries and support the sales process
- Prepare cost reports and support value engineering initiatives
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, documentation, and project budgets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, or Sales Coordination
- Experience in prefab, modular buildings, GRP, steel fabrication, construction, or related industries is preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of estimation/QS software is an advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
